  • This work focuses on strengthening the foundations that support conception, including blood sugar balance, metabolic health, nutrient reserves, stress load, sleep, and nervous system regulation. Together, we explore how to eat and live in a way that support both fertility and the ability to sustain pregnancy without depletion.

  • Pregnancy is a time of profound growth and demand, and while prenatal vitamins are often emphasized, food and daily care are what actually build the baby’s body and protect your health. This care focuses on trimester-specific nutrition, rest, and stress regulation. This approach centers you as much as the baby, recognizing that parental nourishment, energy, and vitality are foundational to a healthy pregnancy and postpartum recovery.

  • The postpartum phase is often described as 6-8 weeks, but in reality it is a much longer and more complex phase of change. Your hormones shift dramatically, nutrient stores become depleted, sleep is disrupted, and the body begins the work of healing after pregnancy and birth. Science is also catching up to what parents have always known, that this period includes profound neurological and emotional changes involving changes in brain chemistry, identity, and how a person relates to themselves and the world.

    Postpartum care supports you through 9 months post birth, not just in the early weeks.
